Job Description at a glance:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Application & Development Engineer to join a growing startup with the ambition to become a global leader in thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) photonic integrated circuits. In this role, you will help shape how designers engage with CCRAFT’s TFLN platform—bridging technology and customer needs, guiding partners through onboarding, translating design requirements into foundry-compatible solutions, and improving the usability of our photonic design kit (PDK). You will support customers from first contact to successful tapeout, ensuring smooth design enablement and high-quality results. Your work will be key to strengthening CCRAFT’s design ecosystem and accelerating the adoption of our TFLN technology across industries.
