Job Description at a glance: We are seeking an Application & Development Engineer to shape how designers use CCRAFT’s TFLN platform and ensure customer success. The role combines photonic design expertise with a customer-focused mindset, guiding partners from onboarding to successful tapeout. You will translate design needs into foundry-ready solutions, enhance the PDK’s usability and robustness, and turn complex fabrication knowledge into intuitive design flows and validated building blocks, driving the growth of CCRAFT’s design ecosystem.

Job Description at a glance: We are looking for a versatile, well-organized, and autonomous Operations and Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our startup. This part-time role (40–50%) is essential to ensuring smooth workflows, coordinating with accounting, HR, and suppliers, and helping establish efficient internal processes. Job Description at a glance: We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to support us in driving CCRAFT’s commercial growth. This role combines technical understanding with sales initiative and marketing creativity. You will manage customer onboarding and related documentation, coordinate NDAs and POs, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. In parallel, you will help strengthen CCRAFT’s brand visibility by preparing marketing materials, supporting events, and executing outreach activities to attract new customers and partners.

Senior Photonic Test and Characterization Engineer (100%)

Job Description at a glance: We are seeking a Senior Photonic Test and Characterization Engineer to lead the measurement and qualification of CCRAFT’s PDK building blocks (passive, active, and nonlinear). You will advance our characterization lab by building new setups and enhancing automation of our chip and wafer test setups, for reliable data acquisition and analysis. The role combines lab infrastructure development, workflow optimization, and team supervision to ensure consistent, high-quality results that directly support process and PDK validation.

Senior Photonic Manufacturing Engineer (100%)

Job Description at a glance: We are seeking a Senior Photonic Manufacturing Engineer to lead chip manufacturing process in CCRAFT’s TFLN foundry. You will manage production lots end to end, ensuring delivery, yield, and quality, while working hands-on in the cleanroom to resolve process issues and analyze metrology data. In close collaboration with the fab team, you will drive process optimization and continuous improvement. This role suits a methodical, data-driven engineer with strong microfabrication expertise and the ambition to grow into a leadership position as the foundry scales.
